PLEASE BE SURE TO CAREFULLY READ ALL OF THE RULES HERE AND IN THE USERINFO BEFORE SIGNING UP.

1. This is the sign up post for round two. If you would like to participate in LORD OF THE RINGS - Last Icon Maker Standing (LIMS), please comment to this post. By signing up, you are agreeing to participate in the following contest and all of its challenges until a final winner is found. If you are unable to do so during any week, please let me know so we can work something out or I can take you off the list. IF YOU FAIL TO PARTICIPATE IN A CHALLENGE AND DON'T LET ME KNOW BEFOREHAND, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

2. You may comment to this post/sign up up until Friday, September 1, 2006 (the day the voting for the first challenge goes up) by simply listing the username you will be entering with and the phrase designated in the userinfo. Keep in mind that if you wait until the 1st to sign up, you must also have your icon submitted by that point. After the first round of voting goes up, no new contestants may enter.

3. Please help to promote. I really want a big turnout. Spread the word to your friends and any communities that allow promotions!

4. If you pimp this community in your journal and leave the link here, I will give you an extra "bye". This means you'll have the option to skip two challenges rather than one. This must be done before the first challenge goes up, so spread the word and tell me here.
