Potluck Challenge Extension

The mods have decided to extend the posting date for our Potluck Challenge by one week. That means stories are not due to be revealed until Monday, January 25th, so this gives writers some more time to finish. Meanwhile, the February Challenge will still be announced on schedule next week.
