I was just sitting around watching Leverage online...and then this popped into my head.
"You're Wonderful"
Successfully lying to Sophie Deveraux was no easy task. So, needless to say, talking to her after one of her performances was always stressful. Nate always told her that she had done a beautiful job, and she seemed to believe him. He still worried sometimes that she would see through him and get upset. He couldn't live with himself if he hurt her like that. But what could he do but lie? When she was on a stage, Sophie was the worst actress on planet earth. After this particular performance, however, when Nate wrapped Sophie in a tight hug and said, "You're wonderful," he wasn't lying. Okay, so maybe he wasn't referring to her acting talent. Even so, it was the truest statement he had ever made to her.
