Oy. Been a while. Heh.
I've been putting all my CDs on my computer so I can have them on my iPod. And this time I'm not going to delete them all from my computer. Not gonna be that dumb again, no way. :)
Christmas was good. Got lots of cool stuff. Most especially, fancy iPod accessories so I can hook my iPod up to my car and one of those ring-shaped speaker-hookups for in your house. Fun. Not to mention $65 to iTunes. :D
No snow yet. Depressing, that. It figures, though. As soon as I get home, I get no snow and the weather warms up, and it snows in Winchester. Really not fair.
Anyway, the reason I'm a zombie. While I've been putting CDs on my computer, I've been watching the Sci-Fi channel's Seaquest DSV marathon. It's been going on for four days. Ben and I used to watch it while it was on TV, and we were a lot younger, and we really loved it. It has Jonathon Brandis in it, and he was really cute before he killed himself. But watching it now, I realise, it's really not that great a show. And it gets really weird in the third season. So yeah...kind of a zombie from watching too much Seaquest and staring at my computer screen.
When I got home, I found out that my router had been fried for some reason, so I didn't have wireless internet. However, Dad sent me down to Radio Shack yesterday to get a wireless router and a card for his computer, and I now have wireless internet again. God, I love being able to hook up to the internet whenever and wherever I want.
Today, Mum and I went to Baker. It snowed in the mountains last night and so the drive was gorgeous and snowy. I really missed the mountains while I was in England. They're in my blood and I'll always miss them when I'm not near them. We went shopping for supplies for the New Year's party. Needed booze and snacks. Had my last eggnog latte of the year. :( Oh well. There's always next year.
