Political choices

OK, tell me who your picks are in the Presidential and NC gubernatorial races.
I'll start with the NC gubernatorial race, just because it's easier. :p
Right now I'm bouncing back and forth between Richard Moore and Bev Perdue, but leaning toward Moore. I don't like the fact that Perdue is still refusing to debate, with the primary just 6 weeks or so away. I also like Moore's economic and health care plans, as well as his pursuit of DOT reform. All of the Republican candidates are non-starters for me.
The presidential race...well...
If the Democratic nominee is Hilary Clinton, then that's who will get my vote. I think she is smart, if not brilliant, hard-nosed and pragmatic, and right now, I think that's exactly what this country needs. If she's not the Democratic candidate, I will vote for John McCain. So barring the Democrats pulling their collective heads out before the convention this summer, I'm predicting that I'll be voting for John McCain come November.
