REM are one of my favs (michael is my desktop wallpaper) reckoning and monster are my fav albums. though it helps some what that these days Michael has stopped mumbling his lyrics. i think they have pretty much always alinged themselves to political lyrics and leanings. though i still like their latter albums, there are some hidden gems that were never relased as singles, so for the most people dont know about them much.
well being of the pagan persuasion, i don't normally do the party thing, though it's not a huge thing in the UK anyway as it is in the USA. i tend to do my own little pagan thing and not much else :)

my friends brother used to have loads of them, but i was too much of a dork to work out how some of them unfolded
