Fest Fic and End of Term Jollities
My rs_small_gifts fic was posted today and can be found here: community.livejournal.com/rs_small_gifts/110989.html . I had a great time writing it and I'm absolutely thrilled it's got a positive reaction so far.
I feel terrible for sacking off a lecture AND a seminar today, especially in the wake of receiving a mass e-mail from the English department about due diligence and seminar attendance and all of that, but I just BLOODY HATE that module. I'm so glad it doesn't continue into next term. So glad. I went in for my Education lecture though, which was interesting as always.
Just washed all the dirty crocks in my room up and am about to tidy and start packing everything up to go home for a month, yay! I'm hoping to get lots of fic written over the holiday but seeing as I'm working for half of it and trying to catch up with everything I fell behind on this term I don't know how ambitious this is.
One more seminar tomorrow (which doesn't even feel like work, my tutor being the complete and utter legend that he is) and I'm all done. That's at 12 though, so now...
IT'S TIME TO GET SHITFACED. (Or at least it will be in a few hours).
