Senior Sectionals
Drove up to Washington thursday night for the "USA Swimming Western Senior Sectional Conoco Phillips Swimming Meet". Lol that was a mouthfull. Anyways, there were SOOOOOOOOOOO many people there, at least 5-8,000! Michael Phelps was there, and so was Megan Quan (who beasted the breastroke of course). I unfortunately went slower and dropped from 26th place, to 49th place (Out of about 300 swimmers). I need to place in the top 20 to recieve enough points to apply for National Scholastic All American Athlete (you get points for your GPA and then what meets you attend and how you place ie: 4.0 = 90pts 3.9 = 80pts, etc ---- First place in the olympics = 400 pts, 1st place at nationals = 200pts, etc). But I got 25pts just for attending Senior Sectionals, so I have about 115 or so. But ya, afterward, my mom and I went to the mall ( I bought a cute outfit at Old Navy) and we ate milkshakes at Johnny Rockets and rode the Carousel (It was soo much fun! I hadn't done that since I was five or six in LA). Welp, gtg
