(no subject)
just got back from the old apartment, went over to see Amanda and she had some good news...she's pregnant, sure she's only 20 going on 21 but for being told she could never have children this is very good news and she's happy so I'm happy for her, and he and Andrew are finally doing well and getting along.
On Tuesday morning Rich and I are going to look at an apartment downtown it's actually almost right across the street from my old apartment, it's above The Colourful Turtle (a massage parlour) it's more in our price range than the house we looked at a few days ago even tho I loved that house it was $800/month without heat + hydro so in total it'd be about $1000/month but it was just so beautiful...this place that we're going to look at on Tuesday is $650/month + utilities so that's better but it's only a 1 bedroom place and it's an apartment but I guess that's ok it's better than nothing right...we'd both much rather have a house but that's far too expensive at the moment...after Rich gets hired on by a police force somewhere we'll get a house. I really hope he likes this apartment, it's available July 1st so that's a month away.
We're going to a Stag & doe tonight, friends of Rich's or something like that, he doesn't want to stay long tho cuz I guess he had a rough day at work.
On Monday I'm going out with resumes and I'm going to put one in any where I possibly can, I need a job so badly mainly because of the bills I need to pay off and also because Rich and I are getting an apartment.
Anyways I gotta go get ready for that Stag & Doe thing.
