The secret is revealed!
So! Ever since my sister and I got two baby bunnies three years ago, I have been debating whether or not mine was a boy or a girl. Today, she had babies...so...me thinks she is indeed a girl as was first presumed.
Magic, the bunny that my mother found on the street and I fell in love with has now made two litters of babies, the first was with my sisters bunny, and none of them made it. The second, with Chou chou, my bunny and luckily, we found them in time.
This morning after waking up for school and such I told my mother my sister and I didn't feel well and luckily, she allowed us to go back to sleep. Though, only to wake up to her screaming for help a few hours later. She had gone out to feed the rabbits and happend to see a bunny. All of them were half froze and only one was barely moving. So, I boiled some water and held them over the steam rubbing them and helping them along until I got little squeaks out of them. Unfortunantly, two didn't make it. Happily though, the other four did ^_^. Chou chou however is rejecting them, so we have to bottle feed them every two hours. It's extremely hard to nurse baby rabbits, but I refuse to give up...even if it means playing mommy for a week or two until they can eat on their own. They're only an inch and a half long and are bald and addorable! ^_^ I'm hoping I can keep all of them, but we'll have to wait and see. I can't wait to watch them grow up and cuddle them. They should have fur in about a week and be hopping around in a week or two after that.
