[video][the uncooperative speech bubble]

I need volunteers for an experiment.

[Smiling reasonably at the camera. This won't hurt one little bit.]

...Oh yes? What would they do?

Simply provide me with a few honest answers.

Honest answers?

Well...I suppose I can make an exception to my norm, in the name of science.

[Awww but Sherlock....

Reluctant video.]

I don't suppose this is about the event?

It would be a shame not to study it while we have the chance.

Sound logic. All right [he tilts the PCD to show the bubble. And the four pandas in it.]

What now?

Tell me what you're thinking?

I'm thinking...about how it's good to be doing experiments. [Indeed, one of the pandas has lab goggles on.]

And I've been thinking about the Inner City fiasco. [Which might explain why one panda is scribbling and baring its teeth. The other one is blue, and just staring blankly out at Sherlock.]

[Slow breath]

I...Knew it would turn into a citywide argument. I knew that with the people in charge of the mission, any useful information would be held over the rest of our heads, even though they tried to pass this off as having been done 'for our good'.

[His voice is calm, but the pandas blur into angry red smudges, with swirls of deep purple like bruises.]

Can you explain what happened from the beginning? The players, the timeline.

I'm not sure myself.

[The images in his bubble settle to something purple, or maybe blue.]

All I know is they left without telling anyone--fair enough, that's the best strategy sometimes. But they also claimed it was for our good...and then refused to take into account that they have no idea what's best for every person here.

That seems a little naive, doesn't it?

Yes. But then, the team was led by a fifteen year old girl. However competent she is as a soldier she can't help but be short-sighted.
