Real Life
For all of you who have been so kind and patient as I failed to deliver chapters - thank you! Hopefully the fact I finally managed to finish my latest is a fair reward.
I have no decent excuse - just life. But on the up side, I can report that finally, after 9 months trying to cover two seperate roles at work, life has stabilized. This month, I have shifted to the new job properly and am loving it. So many people have commented I'm like a different person and, after 4 years, I am coming off the anti-depressants!!! My doctor always said that I would be on them until I changed my job and turns out he was right - only now am I in a place where I can cope without them :-)
All isn't perfect - I have a difficult member of staff to deal with - but everything is so immensely better than it was.
I can't promise I will have time to write often - enjoying work means I am more engaged and therefore busier - but I am reconnecting with fandom and all those things I have missed out on for nearly a year. After all - I could never really leave my Doctor!!
