speaking of required reading:
for the LOVE OF GOD woman, go get yourself a copy of 1984!!!

also: what did you think of A Seperate Peace? i randomly picked it up at a library books sale over a year ago - it's still collecting dust. i've just noticed it listed all over the place recently and my cuiosity is peaked.

Okay, duly noted...must read 1984. i can borrow it from my parents. ;)

a separate peace--it's been a while since i read it, but as i remember it, it was very well written, and the plot was thought-provoking and intriguing. it was one of my dad's required reading books for me while i was homeschooled (for all of one semester, lol), which means i'm not just remembering it being deep...if Dad had me read it for class, it has to actually be deep.

yes! david is perfectly fine now. hopefully he won't have any more for a while, at least until we've got insurance, and that shouldn't be too far off.
