Evicted
Thought that everything would be alright once we started paying the rent on time and caught up on the bills ...
WE ARE BEING EVICTED
for reason of, "numerous noise complaints from surrounding neighbors."
It would have been nice if somebody told us. I know we are not the most quietest people. We have three kids and Sydney and I have had our share of arguments. We had one complaint over a year ago by some snobby neighbors from across the hall, but for some reason they hated us and were rude to the kids. Once they moved, we never thought much about it. I did not know our other neighbors could even hear us. I have never heard them.
In fact, they have barely said a word to me at all ... That is what bugs me. I am a reasonable man. If they just told us to quiet down, I would have tried to be more conscientious. Bring it to our attention and we will work things out civilly. What is even worse is that they did not complain about just me, they complained about my daughter. She is four years old and she had a tantrum yesterday while I was at work. She screamed, cried and banged on the wall. Unpleasant, but it is what a child of her age can do on rare occasion. So the neighbor called the landlord and the landlord said it was the last straw and gave us our eviction notice today. We have thirty days to move out.
