Jess finkenstein Fink has all the bad luck. She has had her design's ripped of by David and Goliath (aka Todd Goldman) Forever 21, Hot Topic, Wet Seal and more. I can see why, they are cute and creative and unique ... that is they are unique until the bastards start stealing her work.

This one makes me beyond sick. There is no excuse like a corporation that does not know that their "designer" (like NewBreedGirl) is ripping ideas off Threadless. This is a one-on-one attack by a regular person on Esty that is TRACING an image and selling it and then laughing about it. This "glitterbiscuits" person is getting a sick twisted pleasure from this experience.

This person has no shame and needs to be shut down. Jess got the offending design removed from Esty, but not the seller. But really, does Jess need to keep on sending Cease and Desist messages and contact Threadless and lawyers on a daily basis to protect her copyright???
I mean, honestly people!!! Draw your own shit! This is maliciously taking somebody's original product of imaginative artistic work and and carrying it off by force. When you steal from another artist you are basically emotionally raping them.
