Xan and I had a fandom conversation last night about 'who was relegated to what chores' in fandoms.
Some of my faves included:
Xigbar on maintenance detail. Light needs changing? Hard to reach place needs dusting? Spider on ceiling? Hairline crack that could cause water damage? No prob if you defy gravity.
Demyx as group chef. He'd be flighty enough for being creative about it and energetic enough to keep up the pace for even a full 13 (14) pre-Oblivion dinner. He'd be making something, open the fridge, see some random useful condiment and throw it in.
Vexen making the beds and changing towels. Someone that anal retentive probably can do military corners better than the military.
Heavy on Grocery detail: YOU DO NOT FUCK WITH THE BIG MAN PUSHING THE CART. It extends beyond Payload.
But we land on Soldier. I said he'd prolly make Scout 'scrub the latrine'. She said yard work. And that is when we realized OMG, SAM'S MUM IS A SOLDIER.
