Squeek is not a good noise
I suspect the sound the furnace has been making is something like it needs a belt for the fanor something similar. The poor thing was going almost constantly when it was very cold, and it's old. :-( Could be worse, as it was still working this morning. The chalenge will be to schedual someone to come when one of us is home.
