Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die!!
hey. whats up everybody! i havent updated this thing, like really updated on my life, for a long time now....guess ill start again. So yea, last week was spring break, and it was awesome at times and really crappy at times. Lets see, in the beginning of the break, nothing really went on. We did practice on friday, i think, though, that was fun like always, although we did finish writing a song and i had to do a lot of work on the song, but oh well, i need to work on something in the band thats not easy. Anyways, on monday, i think we practiced again, yes we did, and then tim, john, my dad and i went to B-DUBS!!!....versalle didnt go cause 'he didnt have money'. but my dad and i went to watch the NCAA Basketball Men's Championship game. i was going for illinois, but they lost to North Carolina by 5 points. it was fun ther though, my dad won a game of trivia and i came in a close second while john and tim were in like 5th and 6th place....awesome!!
Then on tuesday, tim and i went to my church around 4 and started packing because of our show at his church that night. I think we got there a little early in my opinion cause we had to stand around for like 3 hours before anybody actually got there. We'll Alibi's Epologue showed up early too so yea...john was late like usual and showed up right after AE finished....lol then he decided to do a guitar throw, and he stripped the screw in the bottom of his guitar.....funny guy....lol....we then played some church songs around 11 and then from 11:45 to 12:30 we played our setlist. i was so tired after the show, it was unbelievable. Everyone liked us though, that was awesome...we have a bigger fan base for Nineveh now....yesssss.....and then after droping versalle at home cause he couldnt stay the night, tim and i spent the night in a tent at his church, we probably got about 2 hours of sleep cause the show was a lock in and all the kids were running around and screaming....we were awoken by rocks being thrown at us and scaring the crap out of us...and supposedly a truck was backing up near us and almost his us, i dont know, ask timmy about, i want awake when in happened....then the nest morning, tim and i woke up and went to BK to try the new Enormous Omelette(sp) and it was awesome!!!....its so good, everyone go get one!!!!
anyways, the rest of the week was alright, i spent the night at tims on friday and he made an awesome banner for the website and we put some new songs on purevolume and myspace, so check those out as well!!!!!....i also learned how to play Frizby Golf, i dont know how to spell it, and it was freaking awesome, i wanna play it again sometime with alot of people!!!!!
now, were back in school and im really bummed and really tired all the time, i keep getting up later and later each morning...but hey, we started to record our own cd last night. tim and i made a CD cover for it, but i came up with the title. "If we do not believe, then let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die."....its pretty awesome, although its not my own saying...its a bible verse...but yes we started and its taking awhile to get everything going smoothly, i hope we dont get in trouble at youth group, because we didnt clean up my church and its a mess, so lol yea......anyways, i have to go email my youth pastor so, toodles!!!!
