Morning practice = a bitch. I mean, I really loved the workout- probably the best workout I've gotten all season, but god it was so early.

400 Free Warm-Up

10 x Turn 50's (haven't done those since DRD)

10 x 100 IM's (BIIIG endurance set there)

300 Kick Fly (abs still hurt)

20 x 50's Pull w/ Paddles

35 minute shower with countless shammy circles

And now I got about 3 hours until the next practice so I'm gonna attempt to get in some R & R.
