It’s been a long shift, but the perk to going into work at seven in the morning is that by the time he gets off, there’s still time to spend with Juliet before they go to bed. When he walks through the door though, he finds her asleep on the couch with a book open across her stomach. Closing the door quietly, he takes off his boots before walking
