Waking up surrounded by white walls and a white ceiling feels like he's in a hospital plus an A+ hangover, but really it's just a terrible headache. Not like he's not used to it. Minseok takes a quick shower and grabs a packet of chips, stuffing the chips in his mouth, before getting his suitcase and leaving for work.

It’s still early, eight in the morning to be exact. He exits his building and looks at the streets of Seoul that are already packed with busy passersby and chattering students. Minseok quickly passes by them as he makes his way to the metro station.

Today is just like another day, in which Minseok's still sleepy and hoping in the first metro train that passes by. It's crowded as hell, but it's the expected for this time of the day, he’s just a few stops away from his workplace so it's not a big problem. Minseok leaves the metro when it hits his stop, the Yeongdeungpo District, walks for just a little more than five minutes and enters one of the tall buildings on the main street - the almost an hour daily travel is tiring, but there’s nothing much he can do, at least walking is good for your health.

He greets the receptionist and presses the button to call the elevator, waiting less than a minute, and then presses another button to the 5th floor. The low ringing signalizes that he arrived on his destination. He leaves the claustrophobic cubicle and walks through the corridor until he reaches the last door. Opening it, he greets 'good morning's to all of his co-workers sitting at their respective tables, some drinking coffee, others talking and some doing nothing at all. Maybe just setting another profile photo at facebook.

“Good morning, Minseok!” says his boss, Sehun (read: almost boss, he’s still learning from his father, but he’s in charge nowadays), patting him on the back, not expecting any answer and going to the office next door.

Minseok passes by Luhan, Kyungsoo, Baekhyun and nears his own table right next to the window. Sitting down and shaking his head, trying to get rid of his fatigue, he blinks a few times and takes note of the paper cup with Starbucks and Luhan written on it, resting against the glass of the desk and away from the important papers. He looks around and thanks Luhan with a single bow of his head. Yesterday it was Baekhyun who got him some coffee. Maybe they take turns along with Kyungsoo and Jongdae to buy coffee for everyone on the accounting floor, or something like that.

Minseok takes out his laptop and turns it on. It's time to start working. He has four papers to finish by the end of the day and an entire book to review about the company losses. Mainly graphics and numbers, but Minseok did sign up for this afterall. Taking a sip of his coffee, he digits the first number and so, work mode is on.

It’s finally time to leave, looking up at the white clock hanging on the wall next to Kyungsoo’s desk and reading past seven in the afternoon. He looks to the side, since his desk is next to the window, and notices that the sky's getting darker, the pretty mix of fading crimson and bright orange evident. Minseok wishes the colour wouldn’t fade, turning to dark blue, almost black, and it’s basically impossible to watch the stars on the city night sky, it's just plain dark colors. He rubs his forehead - that terrible headache that hit him in the middle of reviewing his report is finally leaving and now he can give himself the luxury of leaving the office. Great timing headache.

The only remaining worker is Baekhyun - even their boss left already. There are only two lights on in the room, one coming from Baekhyun’s desk and the other from Minseoks. He has a deadline to meet soon and this is just killing me according to Baekhyun’s words. Minseok could only pat him on his back and wish him good luck earlier and that's not really different this time. He does the same as before and takes the elevator, leaving the tall building, walking the same way he did in the morning, going to the same metro station and taking the same train - not literally.

Lazily going up the stairs and getting a brisk rush of cold wind hitting him straight in the face, hair flying on his face just like in the movies, but more violent and less sightful, Minseok notices how the streets are as busy as they were when he passed by, but instead of leaving to work, most people are going back home.

Leaving from the Apgujeong District has its perks compared to some places - especially compared with the Gangnam District, where he is at right now, and well, the people are all about the nightlife. He walks around, nearing his destinated building - it’s a simple brick construction, forgotten in the dark, just one out of millions scattered around the city. Turning to a corner and meeting the gates, he walks straight past it. Following the bright neon lights ahead, a mass of people start to appear out of nowhere with each step, not that it wasn't expected.

Minseok takes a deep breath before diving in, excusing himself and avoiding bumping into anyone, walking further and further, passing by food tents and karaokes, all the iconic and expensive fashion labels and when he thinks, the movement is finally dying, there are more and more people surrounding him, pulling and pushing as he tries to keep himself on the sidewalk. It’s hard, but, somehow, he manages to don't fall - even with pulling and pushing coming from everywhere.

It’s always like this - Minseok should be used to it already, but he can’t put a finger on why he isn't yet. Maybe it’s the essence of everything - of what he’s not really sure - or maybe it’s the atmosphere. Anyway, he doesn’t feel comfortable about it, so when he reaches his destination, he runs inside, going up the long staircase.

Majestic reads the shining sign of the place. Below the big word, in smaller letters, it says the perfect company for your night.

If you look at the walls when you walk up the stairs, they're velvety, soft, clean and charming, even if it's just a wall. They look like they’re taken care of daily and they probably are.

The place looks as good as the walls at the entrance, drapery slightly hiding what’s inside -pass through it and discover the place yourself. Stepping inside, it feels like a club, but it isn’t. There’s no loud music, there’s no dancefloor flooded with dancing bodies, there's not even loud chatter. Instead, there are large couches and long glassy coffee tables, filled with colorful drink cups and appetizers.

Getting further into the place, reaching the back, there's where the employees change their from their clothes to their uniform.
Minseok throws his suitcase into his locker and takes out a pair of well ironed and cologne smelling clothes. He kicks his shoes to the side for a second, promptly getting out of his office clothing and putting on the new ones. Well chosen suit - smooth crimson that matches the color of his skin perfectly and fitting him just like it's made only for him - and maybe it is.

Minseok looks at his watch worried, but releases a sigh of relief when he sees it’s only near nine, so he’s still early. The office is so damn far from here, almost an hour and if he loses any second or minute, he gets late for his shift (not really shift because this place only opens at night, but some workers start a little earlier than him).

He quickly smoothes out his suit, putting his shoes back on and looking at himself in the mirror. Nearing the sink and washing his face, he dries it with the towel hanging inside his locker and gives his cheeks a few light taps.

It's time to work.

He proudly exits the back room and passes the bar. He spots a grinning Chanyeol showing off his skills while mixing the drinks, winking at the customers and doing what’s he’s good at. Minseok walks up to one of the couches, head held high and face impassive, taking a seat and waiting for whatever awaits him - better saying, whoever awaits him.

While nobody arrives, Minseok fixes his hair, running his fingers through the soft locks and the waiter, Jongin - the youngest employee - sits by his side, long broad shoulders and bored expression on. He got the job a month ago because of an urgent need to earn money to survive in college, studying by day and working at night, it sounded like a plan.

“When do you think they’ll start coming? The host club is always so empty in the first hours.” Jongin sighs and looks at the door, the other waiter is by its side, Zitao - the chinese exchange student who’s also friends with Jongin. They go the same college and he brought him up into this along with him, "I’m not going to do this alone" he said. Poor Zitao had no choice.

“Soon,” Minseok replies, leaning his back against the seat. It’s good that they don’t come just when the place opens, this gives him a few minutes to rest. The office is boring as fuck but it’s enough to get him tired - not as much as the club though. “Like, in a few minutes.”

Minseok finishes his sentence and looks at Zitao.

“Or maybe seconds.” he adds, groaning, and Jongin turns his head to glance at the same place Minseok is looking at. Zitao's greeting some ladies and smiling at them. Jongin gets up and rushes to the bar, sitting at one stoll and engaging a conversation with Chanyeol while his services are not needed.

Minseok closes his eyes and tries to forget his tired state of mind - and body - straightening up his back and sitting still. He’s not the only host on this place, but he’s the one that's requested the most, much to Joonmyun’s dismay - not to count Yixing’s, but Yixing doesn’t mind, this means less work for him.

The ladies look at his direction and Minseok knows that he’s the one who’s going to start working earlier. He spots Joonmyun sighing a few meters away and he feels like punching his co worker, take care of the clients on my place instead, but more clients means a paycheck with more numbers and Minseok isn't one to complain, that’s how he maintains his high lifestyle at Gangnam.

A woman that looks like she’s nearing her thirties sits by his side, and the other one surprisingly passes by him and goes to Yixing. Joonmyun’s sighs get even louder. The angel like prince should be at another place, but maybe he likes what he does - he once said I like how they always look so happy when I compliment them.

However, Minseok just thinks that this is fucking insane to keep the job.

After introductions , the reply comes right after in a sweet shy voice followed by a giggle Dohyun, the pleasure is mine - Minseok, or better, Xiumin knows this one won’t be hard to impress. Jongin pops up and takes their orders, a Piña Colada for the lady - typical, Xiumin thinks and laughs to himself - and a Margarita for himself.

Jongin runs to the bar and Chanyeol smiles, that’s how the night rolls.

One of the things that Minseok can’t complain about working as a host at night is that he barely needs to get up, which means no aching feet, plus the tips - he always gets them.

The walk home is chill, the movement on the streets of the commercial centers are finally stopping and Minseok makes his way, step by step, enjoying the fresh air. A little over six hours stuck inside the place and the smell of booze makes his head spin in a span of three hours - after throbbing headaches and undesirable hangovers, Minseok learned to ask Chanyeol to put a lot of ice inside his Tequila, resulting on a lessen effect of the alcohol. Minseok’s a fucking genius, maybe that’s why he’s the best there, not grabbing nor anything - but he still gets the worst headaches daily.

He reaches his building in no time, his mind clouded with sleep. He changes clothes so quick that it feels like it happened just a few minutes ago - but it did happen just a few minutes ago, maybe Minseok is just sleepy. Good thing the host club is less than ten minutes away from his house, another reason to keep the job.

Not having patience to wait for the elevator, Minseok climbs the stairs and fishes for his keys into his suitcase, opening the door and closing it right after, not wasting time and going to his room, falling to his bed and closing his eyes. It’s past three in the morning, he can shower when he wakes up in four hours.

Routine. One word and Minseok hates it by now. His alarm rings at exact seven in the morning. Today he’s on time, but he sits on his bed only after groaning and rubbing his head. That little feeling at the back of his head, stabbing him continuously is there, but it’s daily already, maybe due to the alcohol he consumes every night, maybe it is a permanent bothering pain.

Anyway, he decides to ignore it like he usually does, angrily - but not really, just tired - throwing his blankets to the side and leaving the comfort of his mattress, bidding goodbye to his pillow and greeting his working clothes, taking the single coat hanger with him to the bathroom, putting it safely on at the doorknob and turning the shower on. Washing away the horrible smell of alcohol and the sweaty feeling from before with hot water, waking up a little more and fastly rubbing shampoo to his hair and the soap on his body, he wants to eat breakfast at ease.

Refreshed and relatively happier, Minseok walks into his living room while fixing his necktie and putting his overcoat on a chair, going towards the kitchen and taking a bowl out of the cabinet, cereal it is. He goes back to the living room slash dining room with the box of cornflakes and a carton of milk, taking a seat and eating quietly.

Before the clock hits eight, he exits the place with rushed steps, he's not late but today feels like a great day to get to work a little earlier.

Minseok was right, stopping at Starbucks by himself - that one just a few streets away from the office - and buying a batch of muffins to give to the guys at his floor feels great, he even gets a macchiato to sip on his way.

Strange, today feels nice, maybe it’s the weather. Minseok thinks it’s the coffee.

He greets the receptionist with a muffin and a good morning, going to the elevator and calling it with a press of the button. The 5th floor one looks outworn, the paint is almost totally out - but who cares?

The ride is quick and he exits it in a jump, last door at the end of the corridor, it is opened and the chatter can be heard from where he is at, Baekhyun’s loud voice is the easiest to recognize and Minseok laughs.

Entering the place in a brisk and distributing the muffins to his co workers, Minseok thanks them for the coffee on top of his table - additional caffeine to keep him awake, bless.

He sits down once he’s done spreading happiness in the form of food and cracks his knuckles, time to get stuff done - aka yesterday’s reading he didn’t manage to finish because he got too caught up on his papers.

Yesterday, Baekhyun managed to meet his deadline - according to his happy face, he usually looks defeated when he doesn’t -, today, Luhan is the one struggling, held back until it’s Minseok’s time to leave, he’s used to being alone to close this room, but recently he has had company - or they’re all super busy and have lots of things to take care of, or they just procrastinate everything and leave it to last minute.

He’s putting everything in place on top of his desk, papers to the side, files to the other, turning off the lamp and grabbing his suitcase, ready to get out and run to his other job place when Luhan’s voice stops him.

“Can you wait for me, only five minutes, I’m almost done, I just need to find the stapler and I never stayed behind, alone, by myself, you know?” Luhan replies, searching for the said stapler on the drawer of his own desk, then finding one on top of Jongdae’s, clipping the papers together and putting them safely inside his backpack.

Luhan really didn’t wait for Minseok to reply, he just threw the ask and started to do what he was supposed to, Minseok decided to wait, five minutes won’t kill. Besides, Luhan was pretty quick, it didn’t really take that amount of time.

“Yeah, okay, I’m done, let’s go?” Luhan points to the door, only the corridor has its lights up, not even their boss is here anymore, past seven, thinks Minseok, I still can get there on time. They walk up to the elevator, waiting for it to arrive and go down, venture out in the cold night to reach the place they aim for, and Minseok needs to hurry, Luhan surprisingly follows him until he’s entering the train. Standing side by side by the door, all the seats are taken, this time of the day sucks when it comes to taking public transport.

When Minseok takes notice that his stop is near, he sees that Luhan is still there with him, looking out the window, there’s nothing to look at but maybe it’s his way to distract himself on this really boring ride.

“That’s where I leave, see you tomorrow at work.” Minseok tells Luhan and gives him a discrete bow, standing in front of the double doors and waiting for the train to reach its full stop, stepping out of the transport as Luhan stares at him leaving with a surprised face.

Gangnam, he whispers and the train starts to move again, leaving Minseok behind.

Minseok exits the busy metro station and follows his usual route, passing his building and the huge group of people.

The popular host club is easy to locate, as always, he sighs but smiles, it’s time to shine.

Minseok hates the word routine - same about the definition and realization of such actions -, he often thinks about what made him apply for a steady job inside an office with mundane tasks - but he can’t deny that it is important.

His eyes feel heavier today, maybe it’s because he had to stay a little longer at the club, meaning that he got less time to sleep, jumping breakfast and just showering and running out of his apartment, or maybe it’s just that small pain at the back of his head again. Maybe both.

Yesterday was such a good day at the office, arriving earlier and even getting extra coffee, he thinks that those good days are supposed to happen not that often, or else he’ll get spoiled.

But all the papers lying on his glass desk today tells him that this will be a busy day. At least he had the time to make himself a tuna sandwich.

Tonight, Minseok is on time, he’s the last one at the office, Baekhyun left, Jongdae was done with everything even before it was his time to leave, Luhan was gone two hours ago, and Sehun, well, their boss doesn’t really stay after the clock hits four.

He gathers everything and leaves the room, going down to the ground floor and passing by the security guarding the door.

(Minseok doesn’t notice the person sat at one of the couches at the lounge.)

Even if he’s on time, he can’t give in to the luxury of taking his sweet time to reach Gangnam, at the same speed of the other days. Minseok flies to reach the station.

(Oh well, Luhan was the one still inside the building, waiting for Minseok, curious since the day before, wondering how someone who has the same paycheck as him manages to maintain an expensive life like he assumes Minseok does. He’s just curious, that’s all. No further interest.)

Everyday inside the metro is the same thing, a lot of people you’ll probably never see again and Minseok possibly drumming his fingers against the leather of his suitcase, restless, wanting to leave soon, it’s not like arriving at Majestic earlier will make him go home before his shift, it never happened before and it probably won’t happen ever, but four hours of sleepy are not that bad, there’s always something worse.

(Luhan tries to not bump into someone while trying to observe Minseok by the other side of the train, he’s surrounded by talkative teenagers, early into college, he remembers the time he was one of them, trapped inside the library to finish essays and projects.)

The travel comes to a halt, Gangnam, finally, thinks Minseok and he hurriedly passes through the doors and goes towards his every night worries of crowded streets and unfamiliar faces.

(Luhan follows from behind, not closely, but clearly interested, where does Minseok live? and how does he afford it? are his main wonders. Butting in on other’s lives is not his hobby, but Luhan has always been a little more than annoyingly curious.)

As expected, the street is very lively, chattering, laughter and even high profile women walking around with armfuls of shopping bags, Minseok walks past them, past his building, taking a quick glance at it and sighing, his bed will have to wait.

(Luhan walks a few meters away, hands on his pockets, that brick building looks inviting - and not cheap -, Luhan assumes that this one is the place Minseok lives but he’s slightly confused when Minseok looks at it, but keeps on walking, further into the center of attention. He keeps on following.)

Dodging the passersby, Minseok reaches the place in no time, the main entrance is not huge - like those super luxurious host clubs in Japan, according to what he saw online - but the club is really well known around Seoul, he’s surprised nobody from the office frequents this kind of place, the one he works at mainly has female customers, maybe the one that focuses on females hosts - Pink Panther, fabulous company in a fabulous night - attracts more businessmen.

Minseok then remembers Lee Jaehwan, he’s not sure about what he works with, but he comes once a week, just to sit by the couch next to his and talk non stop to Joonmyun, making his co worker blush non stop with his remarks and eager mixed with shameless attitude - you look like an angel tonight.

He passes the door and greets Zitao at the top of the stairs, it’s time to get changed and work.

(Luhan stops at the other side of the sidewalk, staring at the neon lights. He doesn’t know what to think - Minseok frequents this kind of places? -, he settles to making his way back and taking the train towards his house. Enough time to arrange thoughts.)

Minseok enters a very busy office the next day, he remembers Sehun briskly telling them yesterday, before lunch break, that some kind of supervisor would come to check on statistics - and also a meeting with him and his father, Mr. Oh.

Baekhyun greets him while he attempts to type on his computer, drinking the half empty cup of coffee and Minseok rushes to his desk to start his work as well, a shake of head to see if he wakes his mind up.

Luhan is biting his nail while staring at the monitor of his laptop, he looks troubled, but who isn’t when you’re told that someone important is coming to check on how you’re working?

Minseok sits down and does just like the others, taking him laptop out of his suitcase and preparing himself to his busy day.

Minseok doesn’t notice Luhan following him, just like yesterday, due to his rush or maybe Luhan is just really good at keeping his presence unnoticed.

But Minseok does notice when Luhan stands by the door, Zitao greeting him and Minseok thinks that the oxygen running through his veins are suddenly yanked out of his system. When their gazes meet, Luhan’s eyes go wide and he quickly turns to leave, walking down the stairs.

Zitao looks confused.

Minseok looks horrified.

A little frightened of being confronted by Luhan about what he saw yesterday, Minseok enters the office with an even more tired state, he couldn’t sleep properly earlier, thinking over and over again about the same thing, in the end, he managed to fall asleep an hour before his alarm rang.

An extra dose of caffeine and a lot more than just effort to keep his eyes open and his attention to what’s in front of him on point is what he plans on doing today.

He wonders if Luhan will mention it to him, or if he shared that information with someone else. If it happens, he hopes they can come to an agreement and get over it.

The whole day, Minseok thought that Luhan would say something to him, but it only ended up with not more than a few glances towards his figure. Is Luhan afraid of him or does he thinks that he’ll do something to him?

It’s not like I’m a part time assassin, Minseok thinks and shrugs, if Luhan is just going to ignore what he saw, there’s no point for Minseok to worry so much about it.

Now it’s time to leave and Minseok decides that he should just let it go. Letting go is the best option.

He smiles to himself as he makes his way out of the office.

Later on, when he’s already on duty, suit perfectly fitting him, his smile falters when a not really unpleasant, but actually unexpected, visit is paid.

Luhan - Luhan himself, dressed in casual clothing, dress shirt and jeans - talks animatedly with Zitao, and when his eyes find him, Minseok blood runs cold, but Luhan smiles and Minseok doesn’t know what to do when he comes to his direction.

He’s just another customer.

Joonmyun scoffs, loudly and slumps back on his seat, he ignores Joonmyun’s indirect way of showing that he’s not happy that Minseok got another customer to himself.

But little does Joonmyun know about what’s really happening inside Minseok’s head.

Minseok is quite sure Luhan receives the same payment he does at the office, so he wonders why he keeps on showing up at Majestic since that day, it’s been a week to be exact and Minseok is also sure that Luhan doesn’t have another job like he does.

Wealthy family maybe?

Anyway, Minseok doesn’t bring it up when they’re together - neither does Luhan -, Luhan is actually a very pleasant company, he never got to talk to him out of the office, so it’s a surprise at how they’re getting to know each other.

(But Minseok does think why Luhan never asks him anything related to his night job.)

Breaking routine, this is one of the first times Minseok decides to do it, not eating his lunch on his desk, most of them do this - Baekhyun, Kyungsoo and especially Jongdae, who’s usually running to get done with his workload, eating while working, and trying to not mess anything -, but today, Minseok decided to go to the small kitchen at the end of the office, usually untouched, aside from Luhan, the only person that eats there - if it’s not at their desks, they go out to have a quick meal at the company’s restaurant service on the 2nd floor.

Minseok takes his sandwich - his usual meal, he’s a basic person after all (it’s not just because he lives at one of the most expensive neighborhoods that it means that he’ll bring a banquet as lunch) - and does the small walk from his desk to the kitchen.

There, he finds Luhan eating what looks like chinese takeout, munching happily on a piece of chicken and when he notices Minseok standing at the door, unsure, he sets the box on the table and stares at him with a look that says spill it.

“Are you going to ask me about that?” Luhan breaks the silence, drinking some water that was at the glass by his side and Minseok enters the place for real, taking a seat next to Luhan - there’s no other seat available, the place is too small.

“Kind of,” Luhan raises a brow at the kind of, Minseok swallows, he’s being nervous for nothing - he’s also being pretty indecisive with his words so he settles for another answer. “Yes.”

“What about it?” Luhan says in a heartbeat right after Minseok’s words.

Minseok looks into his mind, trying to articulate something, he should’ve thought about it before questioning Luhan about anything.

“Why do you keep going there?” Minseok decides to just use what comes in mind - he also feels like they’re talking in codes.

“Ah, this,” Luhan chuckles and Minseok looks abashed, Luhan fumbles with a napkin and saves his food for later, whatever, that’s not what really matters right now. “I kind of like you.”

It’s Minseok’s turn to look at Luhan with the questionable look all over his face, kind of? But he doesn’t know what to say, it was, again, unexpected, he nods his head instead and gets up, leaving Luhan with a confused face behind.

Later at Majestic, Minseok didn’t think he’d see Luhan, he left the office at his usual time and didn’t speak to Luhan for the rest for the day, he leaves before him anyway. But there he is, same casual clothing, looking around for Minseok, a lot more determined steps toward him, and Minseok is surprised how the way someone walks or something can tell a lot of what may happen.

“Can I talk to you?” Luhan asks without sitting and Minseok nods, getting up, there are no customers waiting for him - Jaehwan is there ‘bothering’ Joonmyun though, and Minseok would be wrong if he said that Joonmyun himself doesn’t enjoy the attention he gets (I wonder how is this possible, but at each day, you look even more handsome) -, so he takes Luhan by his hand and pulls him to the changing room. Jongin shoots him a look, but Minseok pretends he doesn’t see it.

“Is it about-”

“About earlier?” Luhan completes the line and Minseok shuts his mouth, nodding again. “Yes, yes, it is.”

Luhan licks his lips and sits at the plastic chair behind him, Minseok remains quiet, waiting to listen to what Luhan has to tell him.

“I was saying the truth when I told you that I kind of like you,” Luhan says while looking at his nails. “If I didn’t, I don’t think I’d have followed you that day, sorry about that by the way, I swear I’m not some weird stalker.”

Minseok rolls his eyes at the remark.

“But, I thought you frequented the place and was pretty, I don’t know, disappointed?” Luhan sighs but looks up. ”I wasn’t sure, so the next day I decided to check up on what you were up to, since you came here again, and I actually wasn’t expecting you to work here.”

Minseok is starting to get what Luhan means with his words, slowly sinking in and he leans against one of the lockers.

“I think I saw it as a chance to get closer to you, you know?” Luhan tilts his head and makes a face, thinking deeply, nose scrunching up, unattractively. “Since you’re always so dead at the office. No offense.”

Minseok snorts and Luhan looks back at him, getting up and dusting the imaginary dirty off his clothes.

“Can I be a little bold? I mean, I’m being already, but I hope you don’t mind, really, I just want to kiss you.” Minseok laughs at how fast the words leave Luhan’s mouth, reaching out for Luhan and pulling him by the arm. Luhan stumbles in the process but he doesn’t mind, because Minseok’s lips find his pretty quick.

The kiss doesn’t last long and Minseok laughs at how Luhan’s face looks flustered. A little question at the back of his mind had been bugging him for a while and he looks at Luhan.

“How do you even manage to pay for my services here?”

Luhan brings his index finger in front of his lips and gives him a playful smile.

Secret.

Minseok huffs and Luhan laughs, patting his arm.

“You’ll have time to discover. Now, tell me, since when have you been working here?”
