Stockholm midnight premiere of The Half Blood Prince

While I didn't enjoy the experience (way too many screaming fangirls) I loved the movie. HBP might not have been a favorite book of my but this feels like the best movie so far. I loved the OotP movie but David Yates has really learned from his mistakes from that one. HPB is much smoother, has a better flow than OotP which felt choppy at times. I actually like how the movie portrayed Harry/Ginny, as opposed to the book where I usually cringe at their scenes. The movie has some great Harry/Luna interaction which was good enough for me.

It's funny, Patrik and I were talking on our way home after the movie. He's only read the books once years ago and actually needed to watch all five previous movies prior to going and seing HBP to know what was going on. But he told me that he loves Luna and wonders why she and Harry don't get together because they're made for each other. I was just beaming, thinking how lucky am I that my boyfriend just happens to be a H/L shipper?
