I tried again last night after the episode ended and still it is full - I wish they'd turn the phone again for pity's sake and let the fans talk to them again!

I heard somewhere that they are filming 24 until the end of April so I wish they'd turn the phone on - I don't plan to ask how the season ends - I just want to talk to someone who works on it and blast them for killing Tony off in such a crappy fashion and I really want to get them if something happens to Aaron, lol!

I wonder how many messages it can hold?

I must admit I haven't been an avid 24 fan - I think I really firmly got interested this Season & adore Martha and Aaron. My question is - I loved how when we saw Martha pick up Aaron's phone that it said "Martha Logan" - not "Mrs. Logan" or something else & also loved how the background was in red - not that it really means anything. However, since I've missed a bit of 24 - if President Logan just recently became President - how does Aaron already have Martha's # programmed into his cell phone & why exactly? Just curious - did they know each other beforehand?

I was LOVING the first name basis on the cell phone. I'd have been really giddy if it had been just "Aaron" or "Martha" =)

Actually, Logan became President in the middle of last season when the then sitting President (Palmers VP whose name escapes me) was injured in an Air Force One explosion.

I don't know if Martha & Aaron knew each other before hand, but Logan has been President for about two years so they've know each other for at least that long. I guess if Palmer and Martha were friends while Palmer was President she'd have met Aaron back when he was on Palmer's detail.

Yes, had it just appeared as "Martha" or "Aaron" - I probably would have gotten too excited. One of the radio broadcasters around here often interviews the actors from 24 & he has a blog posted about the show - I was reading some of the people's comments - so many like Martha & Aaron and sure there are those that don't. The radio guy said he looked forward to having Jean Smart on (I don't know when she'll be on though) - but one of the bloggers posted something about they wondered if Aaron & Martha had had an affair in the past? I don't think that's the case - now I wouldn't be against it, but I just don't think that's the case. They were arguing this b/c he seems to trust her so - but I don't think the affair was it.

'Course that scene where she thanked him for saving her life - well that was just wonderful!
