So, as part of her status as one of the Endless, Delirium has two sets of powers which are relevant to other people.
1) She has strong ties to other crazy people - she can see through their eyes, and can get a sense of what's happening to them (as opposed to straight out mind-reading). So if you have a crazy you would like her to recognize, let me know, and conversely, if you would like to have a character recognize her, go ahead. She does a fair bit of wandering (and getting lost) across the universe.
2) She can also make people crazy - at one point in Brief Lives, she tells a cop who pulls her over that he's going to be covered in invisible insects for the rest of his life, and he is. So if you'd like her to inflict some mental trauma on a character, give a shout, and we'll work something out :D
