(no subject)
So I just tried to join DeviantArt, and it won't let me because it says my shared IP has been banned due to some extreme misuse of the system or something. This confuses me a great deal because I've never been a member of DeviantArt, so... how could I misuse the service...? I don't know much about IP's, so I'm not sure whether that means someone else on my router is counted in a shared IP (which would mean this was Lauren or Angela, which I seriously doubt), or if someone who lived in this apartment before me abused the service... I don't know. And of COURSE there's no way to ask the Help Desk for advice unless you're a registered member, which is stupid if you've been BANNED FOR NO REASON.
I don't know... does anyone who's a member of DeviantArt know what this is all about? I read the FAQ's, and it says "extreme misuse" is along the lines of using work without permission, spamming, abusive messaging, etc... which I haven't done. If someone who is a member could maybe message them on my behalf, it would be cool.
Anyway, moving on from that. The zaum release party was Monday night, and it was super fun. Tony (who was MC'ing) got very drunk and was highly entertaining, though probably not in the way he imagined... we made a pretty decent amount of cash, and the food was good. Yay, extra curriculars.
I saw I Y Huckabees for the first time last night... very interesting movie. I got it for Sean as a six-month anniversary gift because he thought it was hilarious. I liked it a lot, but it is weird as hell. Very funny, though.
Spring Break starts for me on Friday. I'm really beginning to get freaked out about the end of the year. Two more months! That's IT!!! It's so incredibly frightening. Okay, don't want to think about it anymore.
And now I shall run away.
