It's just a LITTLE too hot for me today. It's February- FEBRUARY- and it is 80 degrees today. Forget winter. What's winter in southern and central-coast California? It's just summer. What am I supposed to do with all of my winter clothes? Today, for instance, I am wearing a pinkish-purple skirt that goes to my knees and a blue t-shirt. What *is* this?
