saturdays recap...
-nj drivers suck.
-nj sucks.
-people in nj suck at life.
-mapquest, msn, and yahoo directions completely suck.
-we got lost in the paterson fucking projects....very bad...we sat parked on the phone for 20 minutes trying to find a way out and some mexicans were mad crazy.
-we got there with a few calls home and a good old atlas.
THE SHOW!
-against me! had an amazing set!...never been better...loooved it.
then....
ALKALINE TRIO!!!!!!
okay so alkaline played the ENTIRE goddammit cd, the matt skiba played two acustic songs, then danny came out and played two acustic songs...we THOUGHT the show was over...that right there was already about 16 songs.
they all come back out and taped a SECOND SET LIST on the floor! played a mix of the newer album and their other three. the list had about 15 songs on it. it was hands down the best show i have gone to. oh and the fact that matt skiba is simply amazing helps. ha. but seriously, they have a great stage presence and they sound better live than on cd.
-the trip home was exhausting...my dad gave us easy and simple directions off the atlas and we saved about ab hour getting back with them.
-ummm...redbulls taste nasty when they are warm.
-and nj sucks...if you forgot.
