Waiting For Guffman!

I like your English class. I'm in the Nazi Camp knowns as English 1X. Ours is always dead silent, except for when Dan Gray decides to make a sarcastic comment. Ms. Tam brings up some pretty heavy stuff, and we have interesting conversations, but the class as a whole bores me to tears.

I totally didn't know you're in X. I plan on taking 2H next year. Well, maybe. I have to think about it, or something like that.

Anyway, I'm glad you have interesting discussions, regardless of the boring to tears class. Plan: We both take 2H next year, are in the same class, and make the class rock. Plus, we'll have Delaney (sp?), who apparently rocks majorly.

yes it is 2X, english 2 is not honors. it basically means it's a harder class than 2 but you get no credit in your class rank of GPA.

Hah, although I have heard that if you go into 3H after regular English it's ridiculously hard. But oh well, right?

2x rocked my casba. even though it was harder (without the extra "point", whihc only counts for ranking, anyway), if you like english and writing and analyzation, its very much so worth it. English 1 (with a complete lack of worthwhile dicussion and an abundance of stupid people who dont care) made me want to tear my eyes out. Do it laura!

We're learning how to write movie reviews, because we all know that that's a very useful skill. Fortunately, we get to watch a cool movie. So once we finish the movie we'll write reviews. English 1 does lack majorly in good discussions and such. I probably will do 2X next year then. *smile*

I just found a fatty stack of notes that I took on the entire semester (all the works) while preparing for the final 2nd semester i think. You could have them if you think you'd hold onto notecards for a year. Plus, you'd sound all smart in class because you'd pretty much know all the themes and symbols of... everything.
Its just such a shame to toss them. I can't do it.
