Professional painters should not teach Color Theory. Dammit.
The discussion disolves into a contemplation of brush work and compositional elements other than color, the expectation of perfect painting skills and tape lines /always/ drives me nuts.
Not to mention that she's nit-picking our grayscales when we're arbitrarily trying to create 9 shades in between the black and the white that came in our tubes. Maybe middle gray is easy to achieve (equal parts) but i expect a little leway for the remaining 8 something-in-betweens that have no definite specified formula.
