Well, "drafted" means you were selected to fight for the military and you said you were going to protect the village . . .

[ There was a short moment of silence. Martel wasn't sure how to respond. While it was great that Grune was cooping with being drafted better than others, she didn't want to see her friend shoved into the fray not knowing what to expect. ]

Grune, the battle-zone is a nice place at all. Many people get killed there . . .
