I'm in a reading drought right now. I sit wordless and dry on the banks of the Text Sea.
Ever feel like you've got books to read but you just can't seem to get interested in them? That's where I'm at. I have a few that I've started and put down:
Return of the Native by Hardy
The Idiot by Dostoevsky
Focaults Pendulum by Eco
But I just can't get momentum going. No money for new books, and the truth is, I'm feeling so apathetic towards books at the moment, a trip to the bookstore would last far too long. Just trying to get up the gumption to decide what to get. Blah.
Also, I should start a book diary. Oh wait, that's what that other journal I made was for huh? hehehe. I should probably use it. I always tell myself I'm going to start keeping track of what I read during a year and then .. I don't.
