TL;DR credit confusion
I found it in a community's userpics, and it was credited to the username "puckrox", but I checked and there's no "puckrox" on LiveJournal. I did some googling and judging by the fandom/ship in the icon, puckrox is someone on FanFiction.net - their profile & stories match the icon subject. But there's no indication that this person makes icons, so... help?
