Still no sign of the white whale
So it's afternoon and going into the wage slave home stretch. What have I learned today? Not much, actually. It's a conundrum, I've earned this day my daily bread and that's all for the good, but I feel like I'm still distracting myself with job, food, booze, friends, love, whatever from figuring something out that's really important.
I'm not getting the urgent feeling that I need to discover the Truth now, nor am I planning on sculpting mash potatoes into an image of the one true Grail or anything, but...gah...something is pecking at the shell and hopefully it'll hatch soon.
Oh and just to be petty, I prefer Chinese food to Thai.
On the flip side, I am pretty well content with alot of the things I've been striving for. I just don't want those achievements to be a distraction either. Also, some dickless asshole stole my car two weeks ago and I really want it back.
