1. Creative-- I am an art student at an institute in California. I have loved art all my life. I can draw and paint, but my preferred method is to write, make films, or take photographs
2. Loyal-- I don't ditch people just because it's the popular opinion that someone is a "loser." If I see some quality in someone and become their friend, it takes a mighty good reason for me to ever stop being friends. I stand by people and defend them.
3. Determined-- I'm aiming at being a professional filmmaker/writer/photographer; careerpaths that are not exactly easy to find work in. There's a lot of people competing for the same job that I want, so determination is key in getting to where I want to go.
Three negative adjectives about you (EXPLAIN EACH FULL!):
1. Angry-- I have a rage issue. I get angry pretty easily and usually say things that are pretty hurtful.
2. Aloof-- I don't really intend to be aloof, but I am sometimes shy, so this can often be misconstrued as being snotty. I need to work on being friendlier.
3. Messy-- I am working on this one. I have gotten a lot better, but I'm still a messy person at heart. My room at home looks terrible, and I clean my dorm three times a week so that it doesn't scare my roommate off.
Would you rather be rated male, female, or doesn't it matter?: It doesn't matter.
Is there any character you don't want to be voted as?: I'm sure there's going to be a character that pops into my head that I don't want to be voted as as soon as I post this, but right now, I can't think of anyone.
Would you like your looks to be taken into account for voting?: Sure.
THIS OR THAT (assume each has WHY after it):
The Caves or the Beach: The Beach-- Jungles frighten me. It's too risky and I'd be nervous that some sort of spider or creature would bite me. Plus, the beach would provide a nice view, I'd catch some waves, and I'd be visible in case of rescue.
Determined or Accepting: Determined. I'm not sure if determined and accepting are opposites, but I tend to be determined to get things done and done right. I'm not the kind of person who just "accepts" that things are the way they are because someone said so.
Be captured by the Others or have a run in (not necesarily killing) with the monster: Be captured by the Others. That monster scares the crap out of me, mostly because it's in the Unknown category. The Others [what we've seen of them so far, anyway] are human, and that means that they are an enemy that I know. The monster is a big floating cloud of black stuff-- freaky.
Brave or Safe: Brave. To an extent. I'm not foolhardy. I don't rush into things without thinking them through, but if someone was going to be hurt, I wouldn't be able to stand around and "play it safe." I think that with risk comes opprotunity. If you play it safe all the time, you could miss out on a lot of things that come your way.
Coincidence or Fate: Coincidence. I don't like the idea that I'm not completely in control of my life.
Science or Faith: Science. Everything can be explained. It's good to have faith in something, but I'd prefer to have faith in something I can explain.
GENERAL LOST QUESTIONS:
The plane just crashed. What are you doing?: Freaking out, and trying not to faint from anything bloody. I'd try to help where I could, but blood and gore makes me a little woozy.
Why do you think you would have been on the plane in the first place?: I might work in Australia because people make movies for cheap there. And for the surfing. :D
What would you do if one of your friends was threatened by the Others?: Be a little scared, but try and do something to help them. I couldn't live with myself if something happend to a friend and I sat around and did nothing.
What would you do if someone you really didn't care for was threatened by the Others?: I'd be concerned and do what I could, but I wouldn't be too worried.
If when you look into the eye of the island, you see beauty...what is it you see?: The island. I think it's gorgeous all on it's own.

Why did you start watching LOST?: Because I had heard a lot about it and my boyfriend was really into it.
Have a favorite episode? If so, which?: I'm not sure if I could pick just one. I like them all.
Who is your favorite character?: Sawyer.

Have any surreal moments in your life that reminded you of LOST?: Whenever I meet a random person who I know through someone else it makes me think of the randomness that is LOST.
