There is one thing I'll never understand in humans, no matter how much I consider, test and wonder.
Why does everything someone does, no matter how they are, always end up being because they're this or that and why has that gotten so damn selective over the past years?
I mean, just the other day, I was talking to some friend and was like, "Yeah, I found this new electronic band outta Japan and they're are hot stuff." and they responded with a simple, "Oh, you like electro, when did you start listening to that?" about a year or two ago (to coincide with a couple of firsts in my life.) and they responded, "Ah, gay scene, trying to fit in?"
I just smiled and changed topics, but that doesn't fly by me. Just because I like music I can "get jiggy with" and "shake that ass" to, doesn't necesarily have anything to do with my sexuality.

I love my DS, more than most people on this planet and I love my Wii and PS2 and computer just as much. Though up until this Christmas I had pretty much kept that a secret since the only gamers I've got in my grade are WoW players. >> And that was their only obsession from 9th grade to 11th. So yeah... ANYWAY... I started bringing my DS to school (because lunch is really really boring most of the time) and everyone was all :O OMG YOU PLAY VIDEO GAMES?
Do I have a DS in my hand and ignore you if you talk to me? Yes, yes I do and I play them ALL THE TIME. If you're going to entertain clichees, at least remember that I have a penis and use it.

I then got to thinking, does everyone, not just gays, have to hear explanations for the things they do based on physical aspects? Do you hear, "Oh he listens to heavy metal, HE MUST BE A GOTH. HE WORE BLACK TODAY OMG SATANIST. (Okay, so maybe those are bad examples from high school.) Or, she's eating fried chicken, she must be from the South! etc Or the real burner for all my cosplay friends, "SHE'S A COSPLAYER MAKES HER OWN COSTUMES AND WEARS THEM, SO SHE OBVIOUSLY NEVER GOES TO HER HOTEL ROOM AND WASHES."
Could someone please explain this to me? Why must everything have a damn label? Is it too much to ask that everything just be because a person enjoys it?
I don't enjoy fashion because I tend to cock, I like it because
frimeuse got me hooked by bombarding me with everything she found back then.
I don't enjoy musicals (I don't like all of them, I'm picky) because I prefer it in the can, my father (who is hetero) also has his favorites and always played them around the house when I was younger.
Everything has it's own backstory, so the next time someone asks you if you like this or do this because of some physical aspect and that's not why, tell 'em why. LET'S BRING MORE SMARTNESS INTO THE WORLD. >D
