Fic Battle!
I decided the poll results leaned towards a battle, so here we go!
The Happy 3rd Birthday lostcityfound Fic Battle!
From Tuesday through Friday (July 8-11th) we will be collecting prompts here for the LCF Fic Battle! Sometime on Saturday the prompts will be collected and posted to a new post on LCF and people will have the following week, until Sunday July 20th, to post their fics. Anyone may post prompts or fics. You do not need to be a member of LCF to participate.
While it's not a requirement, it might be fun to pay some special attention to the two gentlemen who joined Atlantis when we did: Ronon Dex and Evan Lorne. At least, the poll indicates there's some healthy interest in getting Major Lorne's clothes off for various reasons, and I doubt anyone would kvetch about doing the same thing to Ronon. ;)
Or, you know, homage the lost ones from Season 1: Aiden Ford and Peter Grodin. Whatever floats your boat. as long as there are goats
Please post a comment listing your prompts in the following manner: Character name or pairing (please spell out all names and list the names in alphabetical order by last name), and a prompt. Keep the prompts short, just a few words. You may leave as many prompts as you like during the course of the week, but please do not reply to a previous comment with more prompts, as that will make gathering them more difficult.
Examples:
Ronon Dex, chivalry
Teyla Emmagan/Evan Lorne, aliens
All forms of gen and het prompts are welcome. Crossovers are fine as well, either with SG-1 or other shows, but no RPF please. We like the fictional in our fiction here.
What is not allowed: Because LCF doesn't allow pure slash fic, we ask that you not submit slash-only prompts. Threesome or foursome prompts are acceptable as long as they are not pure slash (and really, I've written same-gender foursomes and the pronouns are hell, trust me). Genderswitch prompts are okay.
Also LCF has rather strict rules about unmarked spoilers which we define as including casting information so please be careful not to refer to any spoilers for Season 5 without including a warning.
ETA - if your prompt is intended to indicate a gen or friendship prompt rather than a romantic relationship, you can use a comma between the two names rather than a backslash. I.e.:
Emmagan, Weir, ritual tea
