today was an interesting day...
well, i woke up at 11:00 and then got ready and left the house at 12 something for our 12:30 call for our last Evita performance!
The performance went great, it was almost flawless, and then it ended and we were all super sad except for the fact that we had to strike the show.. which i guess made us sad too. so we did that for quite a number of hours
then it was time to stuff my car with people and drive up to Eriks mom's house for our semi-final cast party. which was-- well..
its kinda already a blurr, which is sad because i was one out of maybe 3 or 4 sober people...
lets sum it up like this:
Lowlights:
- saying goodbye to everyone
- saying goodbye to Leah who is off to yale :(
- getting my jeans completely drenched
- after changing into pjs, looking like i had peed.
- some people were just plain miserable
- by the end, i was everybodys mom.
- driving home at 2 in the morning with massive amounts of fog
- i was full after 1 freaking burrito
- no bathingsuit
Highlights:
- almost everybody and more was there
- the food
- laying in the middle of the street
- dancing in the middle of the street
- i learned many lessons about alcohol
- the spa was warming my feet for a while
- i love everyone there
- there is no school tomorrow
- i think i am missing alot but thats ok.
so overall i think the positives win and it was a pretty kick ass eventful party. and i love everyone in evita and i will miss them like no other!! :(
