today i bought a horse, but we dont have a stable so we put it in the backyard because we figured the fence was good enough... and so then our neighbors got mad and started to build a bigger fence so the horse couldn't escape and then the horse got mad because it couldnt see the view around it, and then it kicked down the fence and ran to the neighbors house and ate the apples from their fruitbowl.
... and if you are a first time reader of lauren's journal then i bet you are really freaked out right now. but if you know me, you probably know that i made that whole thing up. just for fun. im sure it really got you hooked, though. i can imagine it. "WOW, LAUREN BOUGHT A HORSE!?!?!" and then when u found out that i didnt really then you probably got upset and maybe even stopped reading this. so you wouldn't actually be reading this part here. but atleast it shows i pay attention to school, right? because in english they always tell you to catch a readers attention at the beginning of your story and i think mine might have caught the attention of some people. maybe i should be a journalist. i mean, im sure people would have fun reading my stuff. its just they wouldnt learn anything and it would basically just be a waste of time.
ANYWAYS. so clem is here with us, shes french for those of you who like to look at random peoples journals and dont actually know anything about the person writing them and in that case i really dont want you reading this because i probably dont know you, and shes leaving in a few days... but the other day we decided to host 2 chinese boys for a few days because their real hosts are on vacation or something. so our hosue is completely full and we have 3 exchange students. from france and china. its insane. but they dont speak very good english yet so its kinda hard to communicate. i made one of them try liccorice today and he was like "wow, this is very good!" and so i was proud that i changed someones life in that way.
we had rehearsal tonight and it went very well because everyone paid attention and didnt like start gossiping and such, which happens alot with the teenage crowd of us. and then on our break we all raided the ice cream store next door and it was yummm. and my husband wasnt there AGAIN so i got to sit on the lap of a chair to comfort. and we got our last rehearsal schedule because the plays coming up at the end of the month and there are 10 shows and YOU'D BETTER COME! unless you are one of said random readers that i dont know and in that case i would be kinda freaked out if you came. i'll post a flyer or the website or something once we start getting those.
