Projects:
Fantastical Creatures :Theme includes but not exclusive to pirates, ninjas, monsters, robots, woodland creatures, can come in many forms - bag, box, stuffed animal )
AND/OR
Project Swap! (everyone that wants to participate brings something plain that they want decorated like a bag or box or shirt or whatever, we put it in a pile and everyone takes what isnt their own and decorates it for the owner)
We need such stuff as: assorted paper, assorted fabrics, felt or faux-fur, thread, and anything else you think would be fun (ex. sparkles, fabric paint, pompoms, googly eyes, yarn, buttons, ribbon, duct tape, sequins...etc) I think if everyone brings ten bucks worth of assorted reusable or new stuff we would have a lot of choices. This is to be shared. But if you have something special you want to use alone, like if you want to decorate your own lampshade or sweatshirt or something, that's cool.
Bring your own: scissors, glue or glue gun, booze,
Bring if you want to: snacks, cardboard, stuffing
There will be prizes for the inventions which are out-of-the-box and the most fun.
So it's official, sign up and include your availability to help determine the best date! I'm thinking we can start at 8pm, weekday or weekend....
It'll be fun to see what everyone makes! You can pass this info along to people who may like to join in!
