Yes! I finally got a real job. Not mowing yards. I got a call today from the manager at the Woods at Holly Tree asking me if I wanted the job. So yeah, I said I could. So tomorrow at 7:40 I have to be there, ready to go into training. I wont be working much with school still in, but in the summer I should be wroking a lot. So yeah, I am going to be a server for old people. Nick said they easily get mad at you if you dont do something right. Oh well, it is a source of money, something that I am low on right now. I decided I am going to keep half of my money for personal use and put the other half in my bank account.
Anyway. Wow, the disabled fishing tournament was so much fun. We went around passing out drinks, donughts, and biscuits to the fishermen. And the people there were so awesome. And I felt useful too because I actually knew what was going on and when someone needed help with thier pole or something I could help out. It felt good to be apart of it. And the most touching part of the whole thing was at the end when they give out prizes to people who caught a fish, and older man who was mentally disabled, got a gift certifacate to wal-mart and when he sat down, I heard him say excitedly "Wow, Im gonna tell my Mom!". Very cool. Over all I thought it was worth it. Even though wakeing up at 5:30 kind of sucked. But I took a nap when I got home, so it all ended up fine.
Tomorrow is the concert. That is going to go well... yeah... no. not really. Atleast we are done with concert stuff this year. Wait, there is still graduation but that music is easy, and I doubt symphonic band plays goes over it as much as concert band does. Could be wrong though.
I realized I never have to play trumpet again! I am so glad, trumpet was aweful.
