Star Trek
Went to go see Star Trek tonight. It was WAY better then I thought it would be. In a word, AWESOME! I didn't think I'd get by Syler from Heroes as Spock, but it was CREEPY how good he was. He was so much like Nemoy, I totally bought it. Guy playing McCoy was almost as good. He had the mannerisms down pat. Whoever did Kirk, well...he went his own way. There was alot of connections made for the series (1st one mainly), but it really did go it's own way. It's a 21st Century Star Trek and really updated it to today's type of action movie. And make NO mistake, this is a summer action movie.
Needless to say, I'm proud to call myself a Trekkie again.
