Welcome to the character list. (: This is who is available, who is taken. You must know before you apply.
This is the list for only the most important characters of the plot, along with any the mod thought of from the new seasons of Doctor Who. You may apply for any the mod forgot, or any from the old Doctor Who, including Doctors.
If you are a character who has appeared in Old Who, I require you to know their past. This means you knowing more than the Master being hyper. He has mind control, as does the Doctor (I think, unless it is simply the Master as I don't think the Doctor has ever used it) and there are many other facts. Check Wikipedia.

Characters in italics are reserved for two days, with the end date next to them.
Reserving means reserving for a friend. This is rare and not liked, though.
