Get ur pic, crop and do wutever the likes...sharpen, or wutever...ill be starting with this:
--- Ok, first increase your contrast by 34 and decrese ur brightness to 8...this is only if u have a light pic like mine (we'll be making 2 screen layers, just so it doesnt get to bright) if ur pic is already bright enough, then increse the contrast to +5-20, and put the brightness to +3-12...btw, do this to the base...
--- Duplicate the base twice and set them both to screen.
--- On the highest layer (the top), increase the contrast and brightness again...contrast= +24. brightness= +17...
--- On the bottom layer, increase the saturation by +62...
--- Make a new layer, and fill it with a dark blue (i used= #00081C) and set it to exclusion at 100%. Then merge visable...
--- Duplicate the base layer again and set to soft light...and there you have it! and now, go crazy...add text, use brushes, or even textures... ENJOY!
