Today.....
It was a good day, after you get past the fact that my mom decided to shit on us this morning. Two weeks ago I ask her to watch the boys for us, so Lesley and I can have that long over due "date"/hang out with friends in SA. I told her we were probally going to stay up in SA due to drinking that might ensue. Hell I even called her Saterday night to remind her. So at 9am this morning, I get a call asking me where I'm at. Well long story short...me and mrs. got home quick and my Mom was all happy like nothing was wrong. So we left for Amtgard here in Pleasanton and that made us all happy. Made a flat blade today using a pattern the Dag group known as ROME. Looks good for a first time build that survived my anger.
