For jjpor in the 500 Prompts Meme - Prompt 245: worried by silence, the sentries whisper - 1980s UNIT. Possibly belated birthday fic, should you want to call it that. (Writing OC fic for that purpose always seems a tad egotistical of me, but at least there's a bit of Sergeant Kennedy this time...)
