*laughing so hard at the editing on the first one that I literally can't breathe*
Seriously, the only thing better is my sisters' Star Wars fanvid - which is so so sadly not on the innerwebs - to "Thank God I'm a Country Boy"! (It pwns all because it has light saber fighting synchronized to the music. Also a Luke Skywalker lookalike figure skating. And Emperor Palpatine for the "city folks ridin' in a black limousine".)
It is pretty cool - as best edited vids go, it's in my top 3, but beaten still by some of the ones I recced in an old post here. I think most of links still work. (The two ST ones are just spot on...)
That sound v amusing... why is it NOT on YouTUbe? ;-D
My family, especially my mom, are terribly nervous about copyright. I seriously doubt there would be HUGE REPERCUSSIONS for being the eleventy-billionth Star Wars fanvid out there, or for using some random actor's cover of "Thank God I'm a Country Boy", or for the clips of a local boy figure-skating at our town's ice show... but ONOES! we cannot put it on the innerwebz! o.O
(Also, my sisters - who are not involved in fandom - seem to feel terribly offended when I call it a "fanvid". I've no idea why.)
That's fair enough. I tend to think, on most of these things the film/TV companies should let their marketing people have two words (free advertising) with their legal departments when it comes to your actual vids, but I was only saying... it sounds worth watching! :-)
Damn, now I'm going to have Veggie Tales music stuck in my head all day... AGAIN!!
My supervisor started randomly singing The Bunny song at work the other day, and I sang along... and everyone else looked at us like we had something seriously wrong with us.

Hmm. Do I know The Bunny Song? I only really know the ones from the first Silly Songs collection.
