As much as I was not looking forward to yesterday, the whole being alown on the most romantic day of the year thing, I had a really good day. Annie's on the way here now so I can post this, I was abit scared she would read it before she came round today. I brought her a really nice box of chocolates which I had wrapped, the Bloc Party album and a card. I know I shouldnt, but I dont care, She my of been the love of my life, well still is, but she is still my best friend in the whole well, and things are going really well at the moment and I can now admit, I suppose Im getting through this. So I hope she likes what I got for her.
So after spending most of my wages this week I got home and listened to bloc party, really I was expecting to be blown away but the album still made me go all funny with happyness, definatly one of the best albums of this year, if not the best. Speaking of being blown away thou, matt's new song really is, well amazng. I was expecting something more along the lines of view from my window e.p so lillies came as a shock to me, but a bloody good one. I love the rythum at the start, the drums, vocals, solo's everything goes together so well. I do think that lillies was the highlight of my valentines day, fuck getting deppressed over being alown on valentines day, lets all just jump on our beds singing along to lillies! well, I did.
