In an attempt to practice for my APLit examination, which is quite difficult when one is instructed to passively float through the class, an act of homicide on Geason's part, I will now analyze a topic completely irrelevant to anything.
The bottle of Curel hand lotion sitting upon the computer desk looks to be glowing. But what does this truly signify? Several factors support why this is occurring.
It began many years ago when someone thought of the name of the hand lotion. The name, CUREL has a calming effect because the base word is "cure", meaning to correct or balance. The diction of the bottle goes further than the therapeutic title. Beneath the bold name reads, "Ultra Healing" in bright white print. The maker knew this sub-category of text would stand out in an equally important respect when he or she made them a smaller font with a greater contrast in color. Furthermore, there are several different contrasts beneath the first two that cause the same...
(Okay, at this point I am noticing random and unimportant details in my peripheral vision and I am tempted to notice them. I am also beginning to daydream about things.)
