The entire British wizarding world is doing it, and I expect that's because of my physical condition, which I cannot help. But my lycanthropy has never kept my three best friends apart from me--until now. I feel the loss acutely, and the loss of you most keenly, James.
If this has anything to do with what happened between us as boys, I wish you'd air your thoughts on that now. I feel as though time is short and we'd better say what we've got to say while we still can.
