Ambien taking hold.
Went all over for Mother's Day: may rail related places which she only acquiesced to. Went out to the Fox River Trolley Museum in South Elgin. (Unfortunately this place has the look of the streetcar's graveyard.) Fortunately we got to stop off at the old Hollywood atop first and was able to take some pictures.
At the museum, I found the old Hollywood shelter (Which has been preserved) and photographed it. Also learned that the Mont View shelter they had for a while but was destroyed in a windstorm. Took pictures of an old windmill, street scape in St. Charles, buildings in Batavia. I don't think my mom had too much fun, which is what I wanted for her.
The river flows only one way.
